This is for updating information about the project.

Project coordinator / co-coordinators and project associates

Associates have administrative privileges for the project, but are not shown to the public.

When adding coordinators, grad students and/or associates the following notification messages are sent:

  • Welcome message sent to the newly added person, with a cc to the admin making the change and any admins that requested to get notified for coordinators being added.
  • A "user added" message sent to all existing coordinators, grad students and associates with a cc to the admin making the change and any admins that requested to get notified for coordinators being added.

When removing coordinators, grad students and/or associates the following notification messages are sent:

  • A "user removed" message sent to all existing coordinators, grad students and associates with a cc to the admin making the change and any admins that requested to get notified for coordinators being added.

Note: if adding and removing people at the same time, the people being removed will also receive the user added notification.
